ABOUT MICHELLE BAILEY

In 2005, California native Michelle Bailey headed to Boise, Idaho for a new life with her two young children. After having built a career in public safety, she realized that would not be her forever path. Characteristic of Michelle, she made an unconventional decision and dove headfirst into real estate. She became a Realtor® in 2006 as a single mother, living in a new city, having zero sales history. She quickly made her mark, becoming a Broker in 2009, building a highly productive business, and garnering the attention of one of the country's top real estate business owners, Ben Kinney. This led to a 2016 partnership with Kinney and Bailey in Boise, which has grown into a multi-million dollar enterprise. In 2019 she continued building her influence within the industry becoming a business coach with Forward Coaching. Michelle has coached both established real estate brokers as well as launching new real estate agents to hitting over $5M in sales production, within their first year. In 2021, the Idaho Business Review named Michelle the 4th most influential person in residential real estate in Idaho on their Power 25 list. Also in 2021, she was named Realtor® of the Year with the Boise Regional Realtors.
